I remember starting this one and thinking "thank goodness" I found these so late so I didn't have to wait till The Jerk finally made a mistake, as Tom had said he would.
This is a heart-wrenching story, as we see Goldy struggle with the past dragged up by the events and The Jerk's being accused of the murder. We also see Arch dealing with the fallout, wanting to help his father but also trying to stay true to his mom. It's horrible to see him begging his mother to solve the case for his dad as she's done several times before while Goldy is so sure of his guilt.
In the end, she must choose between revenge on her ex-husband and her love for her son.
