Library Wars: Love and War, Volume 6 - Shibazaki's a complex character...but I really like her.

Previous Volume reviews: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

One of then things I love about this series is how connected events are. Events from volume 1 and 2 come up again as Major Genda's reporter friend's magazine (is there even more there between them? Not sure.) writes an explosive article about the previous events. The Defense Force have a battle on their hands just to get their copies into the building! Only to have the library officers (not the Commander!) decide to ban the whole edition. It's like a slap in the face.

Meanwhile, Shibazaki deals with romantic interests of a patron, allowing us to see how different she is from Iku and yet how much she admires her friend. We also get just a glimpse of what we will learn about Tezuka in the future!

The bonus manga is hilarious! I think it's a my favorite one of the series. Hijinks in a hot spring! Only they have that bad luck...though some people have worse by our group being there!

One of the more thought provoking and character driven ones. One to the next volume and the first of the ones I finally own.
